| Summary | 0001797: Process step message only going to first logged user | ||||||
| Description |
see [Forum] topic 3340 Hi , I'm using bonita studio on a windows xp 32b OS. Is it normal that when a process step is assigned to 2 persons, it only goes into the first logged user's inbox? Example : Initiator create task 1 , complete task 1 , task 2 require completion by A or B . Initiator logs off , A logs in , the task is in A's inbox. This is fine . Now , if i log out of A and login on B , B's inbox is empty . Why ? If A didn't complete or acquired the step , why can't B see it ? Is there a way to fix that ? |
