I was not aware of this bug :s But, the build can failed (already done ^^) with our headless build on Hudson. Need to investigate deeper to understand exactly in which case(s) it doesn't work. There is a bug in antrunner which cause that every build end with success, even when compilation throws errors (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=299327). This problem probably eliminate using 3.6 in integration systems.
