This week, BonitaSoft and eXo Platform (an open source portal platform provider) announced a terrific OEM agreement, that follows 4 years of collaboration between our two communities. eXo Platform now uses Bonita in its Document Management System.
Miguel and Rodrigue participated in fOSSa (Free Open Source Software Academia Conference). During this conference, Miguel presented the BonitaSoft open source vision to a full house (standing room only). Lots of questions about Bonita Open Solution and its development roadmap.

Do you know Groovy? Groovy is a pretty neat script language based on java syntax. Well, in Bonita Open Solution, you are now able to use it everywhere! Want to write a complex condition for a transition? Groovy. Want to concatenate the first and last name from a user profile in a process variable? Groovy. Want to capitalize the first letter of a proper name? Groovy supports all this (and more)… But the killer feature is not the support of Groovy. It’s the Groovy editor embedded in Bonita Studio! With this editor you can write Groovy expressions quickly and test the results immediately!
